Fathom helps you take care of your body and reduce injury risk with simple, personalized activities to prep and recover from exercise. Every activity is selected for you based on your unique combination of training history, injury history, soreness, sport and demographics.


The Fathom AI uses an approach adapted from The National Academy of Sports Medicine, The National Athletic Trainers association, and leading clinical finding shown to reduce soreness, mitigate injury risk, and promote tissue health.


Athletes can use the app to complete 15-30 min of personalized exercises to manage tendonitis & fasciitis, reduce DOMS, and increase mobility & flexibility.


JOINING WITH A TEAM?


Coaches can use your Dashboard to for automated insights and recommendations to help mitigate overtraining and injury risks. Your dashboard includes daily readiness status, injury risk mitigation & soreness insights, and workload trends for each athlete on your team.
